Where we collect luggage for you to identify the items of hold luggage, we would have the information on the bag tags that are attached to each item of hold luggage which includes names and flight details. Where we collect you airside, we will also collect information such as passport number and date of birth.

We may also collect personal information where you have chosen to receive marketing e-mails from ourselves, for health and safety reasons if involved in any accident or if you enter into any of our competitions or when making a complaint.

We will only use your personal information where it is permitted by laws which protect your privacy rights and where we have your consent (if consent is required), where it is necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations or where we need to use this information to perform a contract with you.  Without this information we may not be able to perform our services.
